Straight from the World Tour to you! Ride the superb S-Works Tarmac SL8 frame that our pros like Remco Evenepoel, Primoz Roglic and Demi Vollering will be using all season long.
This is The Bike to Rule Them All, but hurry very limited quantities mean they won’t last long.
Nothing is faster than the Tarmac SL8 thanks to a combination of aerodynamics, light weight and ride quality that was previously thought impossible. After eight generations and more than two decades of development, its more than the fastest Tarmac yet its the fastest race bike in the world. Are your legs ready for it?
Aerodynamics or lightness alone dont win races; speed is what matters. Delivering that speed requires creating an uncompromising combination of aerodynamics, lightness, stiffness and comfort. Through race simulations using real-world data, our Ride Science team knows that the Tarmac SL8 is the fastest race bike ever created on the roads that matter: 16.6 seconds faster over 40km, 128 seconds faster at Milan-San Remo, 20 seconds faster on the legendary Tourmalet climb.

AERODYNAMICS ALL THE WAY AROUND: Were putting aero where it matters at the leading edge, not just where it looks good. In the process, weve created our most aerodynamic road bike yet. Yes, its more aero than the Venge. Clean air is optimized to maximum advantage with the Tarmacs new nose cone the Speed Sniffer. By moving the head tube back the tube that determines the width of the head tube the leading edge of the head tube can be much sharper, providing much less shape drag. Utilizing new UCI rules, the Tarmac SL8 has the narrowest, most aerodynamic seat post weve ever made, ensuring that dirty air moving quickly around your legs can flow back more cleanly. Does victory smell sweet?

MINIMUM WEIGHT, MAXIMUM AERODYNAMICS: The Tarmac SL8 took learnings from the Aethos to be easily built to the UCI minimum with a full aero setup. The team delivered a 685-gram frame weight 15% lighter than the Tarmac SL7 and lighter than anything else on the World Tour*. With the ability to prioritize lightness in the down tube, seat tube and rear end of the bike, lessons from Aethos were applied. The frame shape carries the load so efficiently that additional layers of carbon stiffness become redundant. *Unless, of course, you count the time Kasper Asgreen raced our 585-gram Aethos frame during a Tour stage.

RIDES LIKE HELL, RIDES LIKE PARADISE: With massive gains in stiffness-to-weight ratioa 33% improvement over the SL7the Tarmac SL8 takes the bikes legendary ride, aggressive response, and world-championship-proven geometry to the next level. The bike is stiffer at the pedals, more precise at the bars, and pairs it with a comfortable ride in the saddle that sets a new benchmark for race bike comfort. Thanks to our Rider-First Engineering, every rider, regardless of size, gets the same unprecedented ride quality and handling. In the saddle, the Tarmac SL8 offers 6% more compliance, floating over rough pavement with a plush feel unique in the race bike world. The Tarmacs proven geometry and 32mm tire clearance are identical to the SL7, ensuring easy adaptation and the versatility to use larger volume tires when needed.

BEYOND GENDER: There can be more difference between two male riders than between a male and female rider. Gender alone doesnt provide enough data to specialize, meaning creating male or female bikes is arbitrary and outdated. Every rider can get the next-level advantage from the Tarmac SL8. Its time to go Beyond Gender.
