Utilizing our exclusive STRIDE toe-flex technology, the nylon outsole uses an injected TPU in the forefoot for natural off-the-bike movement, while providing a 6.0 stiffness index for in-the-saddle performance. . We’ve also raised the heel for an even more natural feel when walking.

To create off-the-bike traction wet or dry, on gravel or dirt, we’ve coated the nylon outsole with our SlipNot compound. If traction is a must in the wet, you can also rest easy knowing that the XPEL mesh used on the Recon 2.0 won’t get bogged down in water and dries exceptionally fast.
