ALLEZ E5 SPORT
Often, certain components are cut to meet a price point in entry-level road bikes, but the Allez redefines what “entry-level” means.
Focusing on weight, refinement, and reliability like no other in its class, the Allez is the first to make these technologies accessible to all. Whether you’re just starting in road cycling, using the bike daily for commuting, or looking for a new ride, the Allez is versatile and has all the performance you need.
As for the build, this Allez features sharp and reliable Shimano Sora gearing, durable Axis Sport alloy wheels, our new super-comfortable Body Geometry Bridge saddle, and well-protected RoadSport tires.
- A lightweight bike is not only better for climbing but also essential when you need to carry it up to a fifth-floor apartment, which is why we paid so much attention to weight when designing the frame. With a redesigned E5 alloy frame, the Allez delivers a top-level weight. It features extremely thin yet strong walls, and we used tubing to reduce the weight, achieving a reduction of over 450g in the frame and fork compared to previous models.
Entry-level road bikes often have cheap alloy or carbon fiber forks that greatly decrease the overall ride quality. But thanks to the full FACT carbon fiber fork, the Allez offers better handling, a smoother ride, and less weight, allowing it to float over rough pavement and carve turns like a slalom specialist.
- As for geometry, we developed the Allez using our extensive Retl fitting database. This has allowed us to create a geometry that will surely cover a wide range of positions while still offering the performance-focused handling you expect from your first bike.
Additionally, the Allez has integrated mounts for racks and fenders, allowing you to reduce the weight of your backpack by moving it to a lightweight rack. This not only makes it a great road bike but also turns it into a quick suburban bike.
