The new Allez Sprint reuses components from the Tarmac SL7.
In this process, the Tarmac was dismantled and redesigned in aluminum with our Smartweld technology. All the innovations and insights gained during the development of the Tarmac were applied to the new Allez Sprint.
Whether you’re competing in national championships or racing with your riding buddies just fifteen minutes after leaving home, we won’t ask for an explanation if you confuse the Allez with a Tarmac SL7. Although some say its a copy, to us its the best aluminum bike in the world.
Want to build your dream bike? Start with the new Allez Sprint frame. Add a Tarmac SL7 FACT carbon fork and seatpost, compatible with both aerodynamic and classic stems and handlebars, as well as electronic and mechanical shifting, and a very simple threaded bottom bracket. The rest is up to you.
- The Allez Sprint is the fastest aluminum road bike in history, thanks to the time its sister, the Tarmac SL7, spent in the wind tunnel. Details like the most complex aluminum head tube weve ever made and the integrated cables make it 41 seconds faster over 40 km than the previous Allez Sprint. Now that’s a makeover.
- Whether you’re sprinting out of the last corner or attacking from the start like a young Italian in the Giro, the Allez Sprint, with its one-piece bottom bracket and down tube, delivers the relentless efficiency of aluminum with unprecedented stability. By balancing power at the pedals with input at the bars, the Allez Sprint keeps you fast and confident at the limit.
- Go for the winning gap, elbow your way through the final meters, dissect the most technical descentsall without feeling like youve fought ten rounds with the heavyweight champion. The tapered stays, seatpost, and carbon fork from the Tarmac SL7 make the Allez Sprint flexible in the saddle and precise at the handlebars, all with the proven World Championship geometry of the Tarmac SL7. Its as comfortable as it is beautiful. Well, almost.
- One innovation above the rest helps achieve the aerodynamics, power transfer, and handling of the new Allez Sprint: Smartweld. Making the fastest bikes in the world from carbon wasn’t hard enough. Weve hydroformed the bottom bracket and down tube from a single piece of aluminum, built the most complex aluminum head tube in history, and joined it all with Smartweld. This is what makes the Allez Sprint the first aluminum superbike.
