BUSTI cape

The Busti cape is the perfect accessory for practically all outings. Its wind-resistant, fully waterproof, lightweight and quick-drying properties make this cape an indispensable ally in situations such as descending a mountain pass, sudden rain in the middle of the route or the first hours of days when the thermometer drops more than expected.

We have managed to combine the advantages of a windbreaker with the durability of a raincoat in one layer, all in just 115 grams of weight. Its extreme lightness makes it easy to fold and carry in the pocket of your jersey or jacket without ever having the feeling of carrying it with you.

It is made entirely from the exclusive and innovative Rainsystem Protect fabric. It stands out for being a very light and totally waterproof fabric that guarantees resistance to both air and water.

The seams are heat-sealed, as if it were a hand-made task, a thin strip of Rainsystem Protect fabric is adhered to the inside of the seams using heat as the only means, as a result we obtain total waterproofing in all the seams of the layer.

We designed an opening in the back overlapping the fabric of the upper part to prevent the entry of water and at the same time improve the breathability qualities of the layer, in this way we do not compromise the waterproofing due to the position adopted on the bike but we do help evacuate the vapor produced by sweat.

A horizontal reflector on the middle of the back increases the cyclist’s safety on the road and we added two new fluorescent colours.

RAINSYSTEM PROTECT

Technical fabric developed to offer high waterproofness and lightness. The technology used to treat the fibers of the fabric achieves excellent protection against water and wind, and the lightness of its fibers allows for a lightweight and easy-to-fold fabric.

Garment care

• Wash garments immediately after use.
• Use a laundry bag.
• Use a delicate wash cycle, no higher than 30 degrees.
• Do not use bleach or fabric softener.
• Do not tumble dry or dry in direct sunlight.
