The qualities of a winter jacket with the perfect fit of a long-sleeved jersey

The Teknika jacket combines the advantages of a winter jacket for protection against the cold and adds the excellent fit provided by a long-sleeved jersey. The result is a lightweight and highly breathable jacket.

Two fabrics are used to make this jacket: Gore-Tex Infinium Windstopper, used on the entire front and upper back, and Thermosystem Termika for the sleeves and half of the back.

Both the chest and stomach, the neck area and surrounding muscles are protected with the Gore-Tex Infinium Windstopper fabric that offers total resistance to wind as well as maintaining a stable body temperature. The outer part of the fabric also has a water-repellent treatment to limit water penetration on rainy days without altering the properties of the fabric in these areas of the body.

Thermosystem Termika fabric is used on the sleeves and half of the back. Its main advantage is thermoregulation, maintaining body temperature by creating a layer of air between the skin and the fabric, which expels excess heat produced by the body to the outside and at the same time prevents the cold from outside from coming into contact with the skin. In addition, Thermosystem Termika fabric helps improve the fit of the jacket due to its elasticity qualities.

No fleece is used on the front and in combination with the back fabric, high breathability is achieved, allowing the steam produced by sweat to escape in any situation, including moments of maximum effort when sweating increases.

The jacket is cut in Slim Fit, an aerodynamic and close-fitting fit to reduce air resistance and enhance the properties of the Gore-Tex Infinium Windstopper fabric.

Reflective details are added to the back to increase the cyclist’s safety in low visibility conditions, it has three comfortable, easily accessible elastic rear pockets and the sporty style of the jacket is reinforced with a range of bright and striking colours.
